Message	I removed mine w/the engine in and the plenum off but it was a pain in the ass. I was also putting in a wiring harness which gave me a little more room. You don’t have to remove the valve but you do have to remove or block all the pipes and hoses off it. (2 to the plenum, 1 to the solenoid, and one to the exhaust) Good luck
